To access your account online follow the below noted instructions.

1. Go to our website: shareholder.broadridge.com
2. At the top right of the homepage, click “Click Here” or “Log In.”
3. On the login page, click “Create Profile.”
4. On the next screen – Account Identification – you would input New Valley Bank, your Account Number and
   zip code.
5. On the next screen – Account Validation – you would input your first and last name, SSN, and email
   address and then check the box to accept the terms and conditions, then click Continue.
6. The second step of the Account Validation is Security Questions.
7. Once you have answered these questions correctly, you will be brought to the Complete screen which
   confirms a Profile was successfully created.
8. You can now use your e-mail address and this new password to access your account online.

If you invested through a retirement account, then Inspira Financial (formerly known as Millennium Trust) is the custodian of that account and will contact you directly to seek your vote on the proxy. There is an Inspira Financial portal on which you can view your shares without going through Broadridge.

If you own shares through a Trust, Estate, or Corporation please contact New Valley directly for instructions.
