When we first launched New Valley Bank as a community bank for western Massachusetts, we weren’t interested in “tinkering around the edges” of the old model of banking. 

We stayed focused on common-sense financial lending, excellent customer service, and remaining a truly local Western MA bank. To that end, we leveraged forward-thinking technology to augment our person-to-person relationships, not replace them; and developed systems that matched our customers behaviors, rather than ask them to bend to ours.
